Sales are every four weeks .

All items sold are "as is" condition. No warranties or guarantees.

Purchase price of all items is subject to applicable sales tax.

Merchandise can be viewed all day of the auction: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Auction starts at 1 p.m. on sale date.

Purchase of items can be made by: cash, credit cards, or checks with proper
identification. Due day of sale.



Items sold can be picked up as late as 3 weeks after sale; after that
arrangements need to be made with Maggie.

Delivery can be arranged by the pick-up truck load or as large as trailer loads.
